This is a handmade glitter tumbler.
The entire cup is sealed with an FDA compliant sealer (which is food and drink safe) to prevent the cup from peeling or shedding glitter and results in a smooth to the touch finish.

*Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. While properly cared, for epoxy provides smooth and durable sealant. However, they are not crack proof and shouldn't be treated as such. I can not be held responsible for any damages caused by dropping or failing to follow care instructions after delivery. Epoxy tumblers, if handled and treated with care, will last a very long time.
